It's been a while!

Wow. I haven't posted in about 2 months but I have been saving pictures and projects and footage the whole time I swear haha. Anyway, I'm just glad i'm starting this year off on a good start one blog post at a time! I've been working hard in my studies and at work and I'll tell you right now, IT'S PAYING OFF! Not only do I have a B average, but my bank account is poppin' even with my Sephora addiction going rampant. SOOOOO here's what I've been doing lately in a nutshell!

End of October

Halloween I went to school as Baby Spice which strangely was a hard decision because I was NOT in the Halloween spirit so I couldn't make up my minnndddd. But it was between Scary or Baby spice and I probably could have pulled off Mel's look better but I still felt really cute. For ACTUAL Halloween, I was Bulma from Dragon Ball Z and I was so happy cause the security guards and my co-workers knew who I was. ^u^ I might re-do the dress and wear it to a con but idk bout that...

Best outfit + face of the month

November
I spent some time working hard and rewarding myself by spending time with my hs mains and my inkling babe Selena for ramen for Black Friday and on free days from work. I also went to a casual lolita swap meet at a friend's house sadly I came SUPER late so I didn't get to do much but I did stay long enough for my friend Kiara to give me some cute knee highs and the white cat dress which fits like a god damn glove <3 I also love the look I did in the Chinese button up and slightly geisha inspired hair. For thanksgiving, I spent time at Sammy's and slept over for like 3 days and I took a glamor shot in my onesie ☺️

December

All of December my makeup was poppin something fierce?! Ohh Yess and I have spending alarming amounts of money on makeup to point where I'm only 2-4 trips away from the highest rewards card at Sephora, VIB ROUGE. Anyway December is more of a selfie dump 😅

This year has been a interesting roller coaster and a half man. It definitely feels like there were 2 parts to this year and it got a bit crazy in my personal life but I'm moving into the new year on better notes.

Geocoloeredlens.com Review

Hey sweeties, I almost never do reviews especially for lenses so I decided to switch it up a bit.

To my disappointment, change might not have been a good thing.

There were a lot of complications with my order.  I ordered black lenses along with 2 other lenses in a combo pack August 16th and it took until August 28th to tell me they were discontinued. They let pick a new lenses but those were out of stock and would take another 1-2 weeks for them to get the lenses. By then I was aggravated to all hell.(｡-_-｡) I pick yet another lens and my order confirmed on September 2th. I FINALLY got my package Sept 25th and I had some hope still left that these lenses would be nice. 

 

All of the packaging looked nice standard and they gave me a cute little macaron case thingy (*^_^*) I got 3 lenses:

Geo Starmish Brown XKP-304

At first I felt like these were a little too opaque but after trying them with some makeup and lashes, it reminded me of Seri-chan. Now, I kinda love them. I just wish in natural light it was a little less of a reddish brown.

I would use these if I do my Raven cosplay again because when I had originally done it I had lenses similar to these and I think one was defective because I couldn't put them in my eyes without some sort of pain and crying. It actually kinda happened to this one too idk how but I can still wear them. One is just a little blurry in the corner of my eye.  Of all of them I wanted this one to be more opaque and less natural 😒 but either way they aren't large enough and don't don't suit the purpose I bought them for. I'm giving it an average rating cause they are bearable and feel like regular lenses but aesthetically, it didn't blow me out of the water.

  At first I really didn't like how reptile-y I looked in them but with makeup it's a bit nicer and a little spoopy 😈 I wanted a more natural look with these which again, I didn't get but it still looks good and still serves its purpose.

Prom Picture Overload

Prom was bommbbbb! So I've never been to a prom before just because I never thought about going to anyone else's. I didn't take anyone to prom because I was feelin myself and decided that I don't need arm candy or anybody to make me look good. I'm cute and hot and fun by myself.

I ended up meeting up with my friends at McDonald's and little kids were starring at us! Haha it's funny cause it reminds me of wearing my Raven cosplay in Wendy's. But we were diving with cartoon trap remixes again. When we got there it was pretty nice, very fancy, had MADD good food. The DJ got us pumped. He played regular club bangers some bachata, reggae, a little soca so I was happy!

I spent the whole night in my mermaid heels and they cut up the side of my feet (T ^ T) I ended up taking them off in my other friend's car. It was already like 1am and we decided to go looking for food. We ended up in Quincy at Wendy's and then headed to an after party at the beach. It was a bit lame and my friends and I hadn't changed so we were a little out of place so I ended up coming home at like 4am ( ^ω^ )

4am I took out my extensions and I looked like a new Penelope Garcia xD

Mini Boston Gal Meet

Hey gals! One of the New York gyaru girls, Sayuri (aka lisa) came down to visit so I showed her around town a bit. We went to a few little shops and then decided to go for some bubble tea at TeaDo. 

We ended up playing a bunch of games and stuff. We played Connect 4, Uno and JENGA. lol she is really good at connect 4 cause I kept losing xD luckily I'm ruthless at Uno! hehe We ordered baked salmon onigiri and I got black milk tea and she got green milk tea, I believe.

After we left to go and shop a little bit. First we went in this jewelry shop called So Good downtown. lol She loved the zebra print carpet in there. I'm so happy I was able to pick up a few things but i might have to go backk for some more hime and bgal jewelry and hair clips. Sayrui got a couple things from there as well.

Later we walked in and out of T.J.Maxx and she got some makeup at H&M. they had some really cute matte lipstick colors but i decided to pass on it. maybe next time xD. We ended up going inside a little food court mall, getting setted and fixed up. I'm so happy she brought her Egg magazine (the last official one too!)

We hopped on a train and went to central since we have a pretty big H-Mart over there. They have really cute pasties and other food as well as an Asian Supermarket in the back. Sayuri got 3 maracrons and a fruit tart! 

We also took a trip to the Goodwill to see if we could find anything we could "gal"-up. I ended up finding a nice black and white plaid/checkered jacket that I could use for onee, hime or agejo depending on what else I wear with it! I was hyped when I found these white creepers but sadly they were a size too small T^T

After we went home to enjoy all our stuff and I took some more selfies since it was too cold most of the time to take off my jackets and show my outfit.
